under the guidance of the api coaching staff, each collegiate athlete will be guided through their school-issued training program in an athlete-receptive training environment. api collegiate athletes will also have the option to follow a strength training program developed by api.

Junior Api Clinics

these are 90-minute clinic to introduce fundamental principles of speed development, multi-directional agility, athletic coordination and dynamic flexibility training. each clinic will be coordinated by olympic gold medalist sprinter and api performance coach, bernard williams.

Olympic Speed Development

osd is a high performance training program designed to help athletes increase their overall speed through world class instruction on efficient sprinting techniques and fundamentals. this program is coordinated by 2-time olympic medalist and api performance coach, bernard williams. first step and acceleration, anaerobic threshold training, dynamic flexibility, maximum velocity sprint mechanics
